Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from toylaz.com. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the conditions below.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons; this will be noted on the product page.

How to Start a Return

Email support@toylaz.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will respond with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before receiving instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (per the steps above) and place a new order.
